Shipping Policy

The Sweet Lab currently delivers within Abu Dhabi and selected UAE locations.

CocoBites are freshly prepared perishable food products. Orders are transported under appropriate temperature-controlled conditions and require refrigeration upon receipt.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, public holidays, or other operational circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order.

Once an order has been successfully delivered, the customer is responsible for storing the products in accordance with the storage instructions provided on the product packaging.

CocoBites must be kept refrigerated at 0–4°C and consumed before the stated best-before date.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in a condition that may affect food safety or product quality, please contact thesweetlab.uae@gmail.com as soon as possible after delivery.
