Return & Refund Policy

At The Sweet Lab, our CocoBites are freshly prepared perishable food products. For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 15 minutes of placing the order. After 15 minutes, orders can not be cancelled because our products are freshly prepared and perishable.

Damaged, incorrect or defective orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs of the product and packaging so that we can assess the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Change of mind
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases after the applicable cancellation period.

Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.
